Description of services provided: Nepal Government Citizen Partnership Project (NGCPP) funding support of USAID/ARD is working in 12 VDCs of Morang District. The VDCs are Ramite Khola, Warangi, Sisbani Badahara, Hattimuda, Baijanathpur, Bhaudaha, Thalaha, Sisbani Jahada, Majhare, Bhathigachh, Dainia and Budhnagar.This project is working under three components: Governance Small infrastructure Peace Building Nari Bikash Sangh is working in component 1(Governance). The main objective of this program is capacity building on mainstreaming gender equality, social inclusion (GESI), peace building and good governance in local planning and programming. Key Achievements of this program: Project has identified real excluded people. Inclusion of united/organized people in WCFs (Ward Citizen Forum) and COs (Community Organization). WCFs (Ward Citizen Forum) people identify issues by themselves. Positive support by Local Government (DDC and VDCs) to project Positive support by Civil Society to project. Frequently provide information, WCFs suggestions, support and ideas by NGCPP.
